Work characteristics of the department
No. 12 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 1999 “On Measures to Strengthen Executive Discipline”, “Organization of Management and Executive Control in State Power and Management Bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan” work is carried out on the basis of Decision No. 140 on approval of normative documents.
The branch has an Instruction on the organization of work and work with documents and control over their execution.
Organization of the business process and supervision of compliance with this Regulation is carried out by the Head of the Registry. According to this Instruction, its instructions related to the organization of work with documents are mandatory for all employees of the institute.
The head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan supervises the applications received through the virtual reception desk of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and virtual reception desks. In accordance with the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Citizen Appeals”, a special room for processing written and oral appeals of citizens has been allocated in the building of the rectorate of the institute, and work is carried out according to the schedule of reception of citizens.
The report on the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential decrees, decisions, orders, Government decisions, orders, orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education is carried out by the Institute’s Secretariat by the 3rd of every month.
Implementation of the decisions, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, the orders and modemograms of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, letters of request from the regional and city administrations and other organizations and enterprises. “Control card” was organized.
Department work procedure:
Conducting and improving office work in the branch;
To ensure that the documents entering the branch are correctly taken into account, recorded and sent to the executors in time, and the documents sent are properly formalized;
Receiving documents arriving at the branch, recording them on a sheet and sending them for notification;
In order to ensure the execution of documents, supervise their execution;
Sending documents for execution according to the instructions of the director;
Checking that the documents sent with the signature of the director (deputy director) are recorded and properly formalized;
Overseeing the implementation of orders, orders and citizen applications of higher organizations, branch director;
Acquaint branch employees with the relevant order documents;
Submitting messages to the branch management regarding control of work and execution of letters;
Supervising the work of branch departments and clerical service employees, providing them with methodological and practical assistance;
Development of practical recommendations for the organization of the exchange of target-normative documents, implementation and effective use of technical means;
Development of the instructions for the service positions of the employees of the office and organization of improving their qualifications;
Ensure registration of documents of those coming on a business trip at the branch and those going on a business trip from the institute in the prescribed manner;
Creating a nomenclature of works;
Ensuring the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential decrees, decisions, orders, Government decisions, orders, orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education in the branch.
