Since 2018, he has been working as the head of the Department of Affairs at the Kokan branch of Tashkent State Technical University.
Duties of the head of the works department:
Implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training, normative-legal documents and instructions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education;
Management and coordination of branch finances;
Management and coordination of the work of the planning and finance department, accounting, economy, as well as other departments attached on the basis of the order of the rector;
Organization, management and coordination of construction repair, beautification and landscaping works;
Expanding the attraction of extra-budgetary funds by launching additional paid services (publishing, household services, paid training courses, rent, sponsorship, dividends, etc.) within the scope of the existing material and technical base of the branch, and development of proposals for material incentives for full-time professors-teachers and employees;
Forming extra-budgetary funds and other special extra-budgetary funds from teaching students on a fee-contract basis;
Development of income and expenditure estimates of the state budget, funds received from the education of students on a fee-contract basis and earned on the basis of entrepreneurs, ensuring registration from the Ministry of Finance;
Overseeing the implementation of branch cost estimates, accounting for financial activities, currency operations;
Development of measures for the preparation of educational laboratory buildings, student residences, and other auxiliary buildings and facilities for the spring-winter season and the new academic year and ensuring their implementation;
Studying the condition of the material and technical base of the institute in the conditions of economic liberalization, developing measures for its development and monitoring its implementation;
Organization of activities to attract investments to the branch, reconstruction and capital repair of existing buildings and structures, drawing up contracts after reviewing project-estimate documents, acceptance of completed works and quality control;
Organization of proper compliance with state, budget and account discipline and control of accounting and reporting;
Development of measures for rational and economical use of budget and extra-budgetary funds, as well as types of communal services, and ensuring their implementation;
To develop and implement measures in accordance with the established procedure to improve the conditions of remuneration for the work of professors, teachers and employees of the branch, to develop accounting and reporting,
To ensure timely payment of monthly salaries and student stipends of faculty members and employees of the branch;
Control over the implementation of tuition payments from students studying on the basis of a paid contract;

Organization, management and coordination of construction and repair works, ensuring the implementation of the plan for the transfer of ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste;
Reconstruction and capital repair works of existing buildings and structures, considering project-estimate documents, drawing up contracts, acceptance of completed works and quality control;
To draw up a plan of measures to ensure the safety of students and employees in emergency situations and work safety and to ensure its implementation,
Ensuring the stability of branch buildings, providing them with fire fighting equipment, ensuring that their sanitary and hygienic conditions are maintained at the required level;
Plan the work of student canteens, canteens, sports and health centers, medical centers and ensure their operation, constantly provide for the needs of student accommodation;
Organization of cultural and recreational events at the branch;
Organization of teaching in special classrooms equipped with modern computer equipment;
