⦁ Implementation of Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Civil Protection and Labor Protection, Presidential Decrees, Cabinet of Ministers’ decisions, orders, assignments of Ministries, and instructions of local authorities.
⦁ Keeping emergency documents of civil defense according to the nomenclature in the prescribed manner.
⦁ Provision of creation of non-militarized structures of branch civil defense emergency situations.
⦁ Organization of planned training of personnel of civil defense emergency situations structures.
⦁ Conducting “TMM, KMM, mass exercises” with civil defense emergency structures based on a separate plan.
⦁ Annual review and implementation of the branch civil defense emergency plan for peacetime.
⦁ Ensuring and monitoring the availability of branch civil defense emergency equipment, gas masks and other equipment at all times.
⦁ Ensuring that plans for leaving the building in emergency situations are developed and approved in the prescribed manner, and that they are posted in visible places.
⦁ Timely review of all documents related to civil defense emergency situations from higher organizations and provide information on the result.
⦁ Ensuring the holding of “Civil Defense Day” at the branch based on a separate plan.
⦁ Organization of cooperation with civil defense emergency services and higher organizations (IIB, FVB, etc.).
⦁ Ensuring the operation of means of communication and notification in emergency situations.
⦁ Organization of a civil defense emergency situation corner and a training room at the branch.
⦁ Organizing and equipping a reserve control point for emergency situations and civil defense.
⦁ Fulfilling the legal tasks of the head of the department.
⦁ Thorough knowledge of information and communication technologies.
⦁ Adherence to branch internal rules, etiquette and dress code requirements.
